Welcome to Runyon Field!
Welcome baseball, softball players, parents and fans to home to one of the best youth and summer baseball/softball facilities in the State of Colorado. Good luck to all players and teams coming to Runyon Field in 2023!
Directions to the RSC Sports Complex:
Coming into Pueblo (South on I-25):
Take Exit 98A. Take a right on Sante Fe at stoplight (going north). You will see green directional signs for "Runyon Field". Take interstate entrance for Colorado Springs. Take another left and you will see the sign for Runyon Field.
Coming into Pueblo (North on I-25):
Take Exit 98A. Then just as you get off you will see a green Runyon Field sign. Take a right and you will be in the Sports Complex.

"Pack the Park" at RSC Coming April 25!
The 20th annual Art and Lorraine Gonzales Pack the Park Youth Clinic is scheduled for Friday, April 25, at Runyon Field Sports Complex in conjunction with the ThunderWolves' Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference baseball game with Adams State University.
The clinic, which starts at 3:00 p.m. and the game, which begins at 6:00 p.m., are free to the public and prizes will be raffled off before the start of the CSU Pueblo baseball game and between innings of the baseball game.
Registration for the Pack the Park Youth Clinic is below:
Coaches and players from the CSU Pueblo baseball and local high schools will provide instruction for the clinic, which is open to K-8 players. Each participant at the clinic will receive a free t-shirt, hot dog, chips, and a drink.Participants are asked to wear their uniforms and bring their gloves and bats. They will be instructed in hitting, fielding, throwing, and pitching.

2:30 p.m. – Registration/check in and hand out t-shirts to the participants
2:55 p.m. – Welcome message
3:00 p.m. – Youth Baseball/Softball Clinic
4:10 p.m. – Closing Remarks
4:20 p.m. – Team Photo
4:40 p.m. – Watch CSU Pueblo batting practice at Ruyon Field
4:45 p.m. – Pack Parade
5:55 p.m. – Ceremonial first pitch and National Anthem
6:00 p.m. – CSU Pueblo vs. Adams State University
The organizers, CSU Pueblo and Runyon Sports Complex Board of Directors, are committed to maintaining this strong collaboration and met recently to decide that it is best to bring this year's event back to Runyon Field Sports Complex.
Denny Stilson Memorial Baseball Tournament April 26-27
The Runyon Field Sports Complex has announced the schedules for the 2025 Denny Stilson Memorial Baseball Tournament that willbe held this weekend, April 26-27.
There are 21 teams competing in three divisions (8U, 10U and 14U) this year.
This tournament is dedicated in honor of Denny Stilson, who was a former Assistant General Manager at the Runyon Sports Complex under Mike Barnes, Joe Latino and Dave Dudley. Denny was a teacher and coach for over 30 years in District 70.
A member of the Runyon Hall of Fame, Stilson sadly passed away on June 15, 2009. The following summer (2010), a tournament in his honor was formed which is now in its 14th year!
All Tournament action begins at 10 a.m., on Sat., morning, April 26. The 8U squads will have an slightly later start time 10:15 a.m., and will play their games on Pusedu Field. Action for the remaining divisions begins at 10 a.m., with the 10U teams playing on Corsentino and Salas Fields and the 14U division split playing time on both DiIorio and Andeuncio and Fields. Good Luck to all teams!
Fireworks & Fastball Baseball Tournament Added to RSC Schedule
The Runyon Field Sports Complex has announced an additional baseball tournament for the 2025 season. The Fireworks & Fastball Tournament will be held over Fourth of July weekend (July 4-6). See the attached flyer and get your team registered today!

RSC "Buy-a-Brick" Program

Pave the way for the youth athletes in our community. Leave your legacy at Runyon Sports Complex by purchasing a brick that will be installed at the front entrance. All Proceeds from the sale of bricks will benefit the kids and youth sports programming.

2025 Jim Dilorio Memorial Tournament Coming June 13-15
The Runyon Field Sports Complex has announced that the Jim DiIorio Memorial Tournament is now accepting team registration. The three-day event will take place June 13-15, 2024.
This Father's Day weekend tournament will feature four divisions of play (8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U). Teams in each division are guaranteed three games. The 8U division will play on Pusedu Field; the 10U teams will do battle on Corsentino Fields, the 12U bracket will take place on Salas Field while the 14U squads will play their games on Dilorio Field. Private Lessons Available at Runyon Field
The Runyon Field Sports Complex has announced that individual private lessons will be available to those baseball/softball players wishing to improve their skills in all facets of the game.

Greater Pueblo Sports Association At Runyon Field
The Greater Pueblo Sports Association recently added a GPSA sign to the Runyon Field Sports Complex. The sign is located inside the main entrance near the office of the complex. Special thanks goes Larry Romero, interim Genral Manager of the Runyon Sports Complex and his staff, along with the Runyon Board of Directors.
The GPSA is a group of people interested in promoting those prominent athletes, sports teams and recreational activities in Pueblo County. Check out their website by clicking on the picture above.
