Runyon releases safety guidelines

BY AUSTIN WHITE | The Pueblo Chieftain | JUNE 19, 2020

TThe Runyon Field Sports Complex has released its guidelines for players and fans when the complex plans to open up next month.

Anyone entering the facility will be subject to a screening to take their temperature and look for any coronavirus symptomS. The guidelines state anyone feeling sick or having a temperature at 100.4 degrees won’t be allowed in.

The complex is also going to require anyone entering to wear a face mask and reserves the right to remove anyone who doesn’t follow the order.

As for the players, Runyon strongly urges players to wear face masks when they are in areas where social distancing may be harder to follow like dugouts.

Players will not be required to wear face masks when out on the field playing, but can if they choose to do so.
